Return & Exchange Policy

1. The Rules (Applies to All Requests)

Items must be:

  • unwashed
  • unmarked
  • odor-free
  • in their original packaging
  • with tags attached

Tip: Please use a blanket or swaddle when testing the fit with your pup. Items returned with pet hair will incur a cleaning fee or may be rejected.


Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Original shipping costs and the CozyCare Protection Plan are non-refundable.

No FedEx: We do not accept FedEx deliveries due to delayed duty billing. FedEx packages will be refused and returned to sender.

Mark Value as $1: For all returns and international exchanges, you must mark the package value as $1 and label it as a "Return." Incorrectly marked packages will face a 20-business-day refund hold, and any incurred duties will be deducted from your payout.

2. How to Make an Exchange

Must be requested within 10 days after delivery. Items can only be exchanged once. Fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

US & Canada: We will email you a prepaid shipping label for your first exchange. Include your Name and Order Number inside. (UPS Tip: Print 3 copies of the Commercial Invoice, write your 18-digit tracking number on them, and place them in a clear pouch next to the label).

International: You are responsible for return shipping. Use your preferred local courier (no FedEx), insure the package, include your Order Number, and mark the value as $1.

Once we inspect your return (2-3 business days), we will email you a personal discount code to order your new item.

  • Note: Exchanges do not reserve stock, so use your code quickly! Store credit codes expire in 6 months and cannot be combined with other discounts.

3. How to Return for a Refund or Store Credit

Refund to Original Payment: Request must be made within 10 days after delivery.

Store Credit: Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Package your item securely with a note containing your Name and Order Number.

Use your preferred local courier (do not use FedEx) and remember to mark the package value as $1 and label it as a "Return."

Once inspected (2-3 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method (takes 5-10 business days to reflect) or issued as store credit.
