Return and Exchange
To start the return and exchange process for your order, please read all of the information below then complete the returns form at the bottom of the page.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes! It’s important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We will happily offer an exchange of size or fabric in the form of store credit only which is valid for 6 months.
Is my exchange eligible?
All exchange enquiries are to be made within 14 days of receiving your item. Any enquiries made after this date will not be accepted. Please note the product must be in its original condition. That is, unworn, unmarked, unwashed, odour-free, fur-free with all tags attached, in original packaging.
How do I begin my exchange?
To begin your exchange, please fill out the returns form below. If you are having any trouble, please email bronwen@thesnuggit.com and include your order number.
Once you send your form or an email for exchange, our customer care team will reach out to you with exchange instructions. Kindly check your email inbox for an email from bronwen@thesnuggit.com.
The cost involved in returning an item will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customer's sole responsibility. For your own peace of mind, we recommend you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during transportation and consider using registered post to track your item.
If you are shipping a return from the USA, you must mark the product as a return and $1 value. We do not cover any taxes or duties. If this occurs, the package will be returned to you at your expense.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.
Preparing your item for exchange
Great love & care has been taken to ensure your SNUGGIT arrives to you immaculately and it must be returned in the same condition, making sure the product is folded neatly in original packaging keeping all labelling flat & undamaged.
Please retain proof of postage (tracking number, receipt, etc.) until we have confirmed your return has been received.
Processing your exchange
Once your return has undergone a quality control check, our customer care team will inspect your items and determine whether an exchange will be offered in accordance with our policy.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays.
Items returned through FedEx may be subject for hold if they have not been labelled properly and your return could be held up to two weeks until invoices are received.
Please be sure to label your returns properly and follow the instructions carefully in the email that you will receive from our team.
What items can I exchange?
We accept exchanges on mostly all of our products, except for the following:

- Personalized Items
- Custom Items
- Sale Items / Fabulously Flawed
Something is wrong with my order
In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect item or immediately find a manufacturing fault, please contact bronwen@thesnuggit.com and we will help resolve your issue as fast as we can.
