All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada.
After an order is placed, we will follow up with a size confirmation email. We will give you 24 hours to confirm if there are any changes that you want in your order such as size changes. For cancellations, we have a 24-hour grace period.
Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.
Shipping charges will be calculated and estimated time frames will be given at checkout depending on your country or zone. We recommend tracking your order via the tracking number provided for peace of mind.

Customs charges and taxes differ from country to country and from state to state. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. The cost of shipping for your order is non-refundable.
For free shipping, the chosen method is at the merchant's discretion. If you require expedited shipping, please consider selecting and paying for a specific option to guarantee faster delivery.
The SNUGGIT Company holds no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels or parcels delayed in transit. We recommend purchasing insurance and tracking your order via the tracking number provided.
For those located in Vancouver, we are happy to arrange local pick up. Kindly send a message ahead of time before you drop by the studio.
